Cherry Dorrett has worked in the film & television industry for over 20 years on many genres and forms including dramas, features, documentaries, factual entertainment, studio, OB, current affairs and natural history.

Cherry graduated from Central School of Speech and Drama and University of London in English & Drama and worked for several years in post-production on a number of award winning dramas including Band of Brothers for HBO; The Hours (directed by Stephen Daldry for Working Title); and Poirot for Carnival Films.

Moving into production in 2002 Cherry progressed to Line Producer, working on a wide range of documentaries and dramas for some of the UK's top indies.

Cherry's credits include the multi award winning Natural World: The Bat Man of Mexico; Ainsley Harriott's Street Food; Treblinka Uncovered; Bill's Kitchen; Patrick Stewart's Animal Superpowers; Inside Nature's Giants; Monster Moves; Helicopter Wars; Surgery Live; BBC4's drama Beau Brummell: This Charming Man; Nigella's Christmas Kitchen and Grierson Award winning 1983 - the Brink of Apocalypse.

Cherry's roles have also included Head of Production at Furneaux & Edgar Productions, Flashback Television, Snap TV and Brave New Media.
